Born January 17, 1935, in Grand Digue, NB, she was a daughter of the late Donat J. and Aurore M. (Hebert) Leger.

Therese was a woman of great faith and was a long-time parishioner of Holy Spirit Parish- St. Rose Worship Site.

Therese is survived by her daughters, Sandra Atkinson (Danny) and Sharon Maillet; son, Mark Maillet; sisters: Eva LeBlanc (Aurel), Patricia Babineau (Adrien), and Gilberte Savoie (André); brother, Donald Leger (Linda) as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Besides her parents and her husband, Cajetan, she was predeceased by her sons, Robert and Darren Maillet; and sister, Rhea Leger.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424), where visiting will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, from 2 to 5 pm.
