Obituary of Lorraine Christine Wills

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Lorraine (Lori) Christine Wills (Creamer) announces her passing on Saturday, August 29th, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born on March 17th, 1939 in McAdam, New Brunswick. Rightfully so, Lori loved St. Patrick’s Day. She was the wife of the late Frederick William (Bill) Wills. Lori and Bill spent many years in their beloved home in Oak Point, New Brunswick where they raised their beautiful family of six daughters and three sons. Their house was always full of family and friends, as Lori adored her loved ones. Lori was the daughter of the late Raymond Joseph Creamer and Joyce Christine Creamer (Brennan). Lori was a former employee of Red Rose Tea in Saint John and a devoted member of her community. She was a very dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Lori’s family was her world. She always enjoyed a good argument and making others laugh with a dirty joke. Lori was very strong in her faith; she was a long-time member at St. Augustine’s and St. Matthew’s Catholic Church. Lori had strong beliefs about overcoming difficult times in life that she passed down to her loved ones. As per Lori’s wishes she would like to address one of her granddaughter’s. Jessica, Nan always had a great love for you. She believed that you had the strength to defeat anything. The conversations you shared were one of her biggest joys in life. She will always love you unconditionally. Lori is survived by her daughters Judith Ann Creamer, O’Ree, Linda Guay, Virginia Gaunce, Pye (Greg), Kimberly Nickerson (John), Christine Wills (Stephan Cretien), and Natalie Wills (Scott Dalling). She is also survived by her sons Joseph Wills, Thomas Wills, and John Wills (Tammy). Lori had 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Lori is also survived by her brothers and sisters Dwight Creamer (Mary), David Creamer (Vickie), Rickie Creamer (Joanne), Joanne Carroll (Doug), and Theresa Brehaut (Ronnie). Besides her husband and parents, Lori was predeceased by her grandparents John and Ellen Brennan (Brophy), William and Margaret Creamer, brother Raymond (Sonny) Creamer, sister Donna Hachey, and many aunts and uncles. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. Saint John, NB, E2M 2L3. To honor Lori’s wishes there will be no visitation; cremation has taken place.
