Obituary of George Blair

George Frederick Blair went to be with his Lord & Saviour after years of ongoing health issues.George passed away February 27th 2015 at the SJRH MICU, with his family by his side.George is survived by his loving and devoted wife Jeannette, daughter Sandra McDevitt (Allan,) son Shawn Blair, daughter Nancy Blair (Mike), , granddaughter Erin McDevitt (apple of his eye), sisters Florence Colwell, Dena Camp (Greg), Doris Lustig (Allan) and many nieces and nephews.George was predeceased by his parents Douglas and Bessie (McLaughlin) Blair, Mother and Father in law Audrey and Norman Alderman, brothers; Frank (late Jean), Milford, Ralph, Halson (late Annette) sisters Mary, Addie Fairweather (late Archie), Doreen Sutherland (late Bobby), Margaret brothers in law David Colwell and Donald Bordage.Resting at Castle “Fallsview” Funeral Home with visitation on Tuesday, March 3 from 2- 4 and 7-9 pm.The funeral service will be held at The Fundamental Baptist Church, 1170 Sand Cove Road, Saint John on Wednesday, March 4th, at 1:00 pm.
