Obituary of Mark Arseneau

Mark Arseneau. It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Mark Arseneau of Saint John announce his unexpected passing on August 7th, 2014. Born a son of Ron and Judy (O’Keeffe) Arseneau on September 1st, 1992. Mark was always upbeat and interested in what others were doing. Always willing to lend a hand or ear if needed. Being one of the youngest cousins he was always like a little brother to all of them. He thoroughly enjoyed making memories with his cousins and friends and enjoyed playing video games. Most of all he loved his parents, brother, two dogs (Harry & Walter), and family. Mark is survived by his parents Ron and Judy (O’Keeffe) Arseneau of Saint John. One brother Billy of Saint John. His paternal grandparents Dave and Lois Hooper of Moores Mills. Maternal grandparents Elsie O’Keeffe (late Arnold) of Saint John. Also survived by aunts and uncles, Debbie and Malcolm Cosman, David O’Keeffe, Donnie and Amy O’Keeffe, Michelle and Jamie LeBlanc, David (Sam) and Tammy Hooper, Doug and Cindy Hooper. His cousins Malcolm, Brent, Jason, Bryan, Alex, Matthew, Justin, Michael and Jessica. As well as many friends he has made through his journey in life. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Ronald Arseneau Sr. Visiting will take place at Castle Funeral Home on Sunday, August 10th, 2014 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held at Castle “Fallsview” Chapel on Monday, August 11th, 2014 at 11:00am. Donations in memory of Mark, may be made to the Living Memorial or Portage. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Following the service all are welcome for a time of fellowship and refreshments at the Castle “Fallsview” Reception Center. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Castle Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave., Saint John, NB E2M 2L3.
